So I’m almost at 85 with another character, this will be my third. Mintaka is my main, a hunter and quite the badass if I do say so myself. He’s in the top 20 horde hunters on my server according to WoW Heroes anyway. Alizon is the first toon I ever rolled in earnest and has a place in my heart, she’s 85 simply for the jewelcrafting. I often forget she can jewelcraft and buy them anyway but I do send her gems and ore. She’s kind of a tank but I hate tanking so she’s not really geared or specced for much of anything really.
My third 85 will be a goblin…. hunter. It kind of made sense at the time and to an extent it still does but now he’s almost there I’m not sure what I’ll do with him. I’ll get him heroic ready almost immediately, in fact he’ll probably be raid ready within a few days of dinging, but then what? I don’t raid nearly as much as I used to and frankly don’t spend as much serious time playing as I once did. He’s a leather worker so that’s good for a little while, but as soon as the Deathwing raid comes, and even now with Firelands being the source for good patterns, he’s not going to be much use in the high end.
Maybe I’ll just farm leather with him, make more money like that, we’ll see. I must admit I did have fun leveling him, at least once I was done with Northrend. Maybe he’ll see more action than I think.
